Refund policy

You can contact us through Instagram up to 5 days after receiving your order to exchange it. 

For returns, you can check your bag when the courier arrives to return it on the spot. Returns are only accepted within the presence of the courier, other than that you can exchange your order within 5 days of your purchase.
